The Characters
Denominator is a gorilla with a personality too big for a regular body to contain. Denominator is focused on proving his artistic capabilities against all foes. He has no rivals and his only competition is himself!
Straight up gorilla with swag. Very Urban, the Real Inner City. Denominator had to live the hard life to earn the right to be among humans. At 7 feet tall when he stands up, Denominator is not one to be messed with! Favorite Tool. #2 Pencil |
Penni is a philanthropist who cares for children and single Mothers in need of help. Her goal is to translate her successful career as an artist to fund shelters and education centers in the inner city.
Her name is Borderline when battling the injustices suffered by the forgotten citizens of Art Life. A super woman in a body suit ready for battle. Winner of the last Pencil Wars contest. She bested Denominator proving that talent and beauty exists in a 5'10" package. Favorite Tool. Computer Mouse |
El Deño (aka The Mad Scientist). He is an Ancient Artist who finds new ways to define what Art is. He has mentored scores of artists before "Art Schools" even became a trend.
Forever middle aged and huge in size. 6'4" 300lbs. All Ancient Artists have transcended the physical to the creative realms and El Deño likes to travel back and forth every so often to compete in the Pencil Wars. But like all Artists, he must still prove CURRENT SKILLS to earn the right to enter Pencil Wars. Favorite Tool. Markers |
Nubs is a depressed and out of work clown. He discovered a new life when he picked up his childhood hobby: drawing. Still dressed as a clown, he visits children in hospitals and orphanages to teach them the healing powers of art.
Nubs has lived the hard life and is proud of his muscular body. At 5'9" he has been bullied extensively and has become defender of the weak and young. He likes to enter battles just for the adrenaline rush of competition. Favorite Tool. Color Pencils |
Mecha is a mechanical robot rescued from the last great war by salvage artists. El Deño nursed Mecha back to health and taught him the secrets of the Ancient Artists.
The Mecha Warrior Class are said to be descendants of the Ancient Aztec Warriors. 6 feet tall, their appearance, gear and weapons resemble the tools of an ancient civilization. Strong and resilient, they never give up. Favorite Tool. Mechanical Pencil |
An Agent of the Ancient Order of Artists (AOA) tasked with taking out the suckas, fakers and art posers!
Skully was once running the streets, causing mayhem and discord with his spray cans and markers. Always drawing fresh new graffiti concepts on his blackbook. Unfortunately the streets are ruthless and one day Skully was gone and the AOA found him in the afterlife giving a chance to redeem the world of wack artists. No one remembers his old name. CMC is an extroverted artist who loves a good time and enjoys the company of others. CMC only wants to enjoy the fun of art and become famous. The business? meh. Some say his outlook on life might be a detriment of his art career.
